boiled on the new 3 x 10 leader vortex arch with max flue and revolution with enhanced steamaway last night and went through 800 gallons of sap in 3 hours. Would have been a 13 hour boil with old evaporator!

Sap is slowing down. Tonight might be the last boil. Temps are going to be too high for at least the next week.
