Been tapped for 2 weeks now with 100% check valves. Sitting on 2000 gallons of mostly frozen sap. Thawing things out today and will hopefully drop the membrane in the RO and run a few gallons through. Everythying else, other than than the evaporator is apparently working just fine, but who knows, there's always time for something to break.....

So everything went smooth as silk and we boiled twice once everything got thawed and running. Cold last night (teens), but it really took off today- my lapierre double on 1500 taps was dumping every 2:20!
