Boiling for other people: business arrangement suggestions

Can you all give me some ideas about the kind of business arrangements out there related to boiling sap for other people:

-50% of syrup?
-Cost of fuel and labor to boiling.filter.store?
-Other arrangements?

pay them the value of the sap they deliver to your sugarhouse. You could give them a better deal if they want syrup instead of $$$.

3% 57.5 cents/gal
