Ok, now that I asked about the Atlantic Fluidics, does anyone have any insight into the Claw pump? I hear they draw good vacuum but do they have the cfm and quick recovery? Tap quantity? I'm just curious from someone that is using them.

Hi Craig,

You might consider using the "Search" function on this site. This topic has been addressed a couple of times already. In short though, they work well. Best thing is that they are (relatively quiet), don't require any cooling water or oil, and can pull quite high vacuum. There are different models, so you'll need to look up and compare the model you're considering to answer your own question about CFM. They don't recover quite as fast as a Flood pump, but will pull higher vacuum and run cooler.
