Well guys, I'm tired of steam in the sugar shack . I have a 30" x 8' dropflue king style evapotator with 5' flue pan.
I would like to hear from people with a similar setup. I like being able to get in and rinse out the flue pan about every other boil.
Also there's reversing sides every 3 hr or so.
I need to get rid of the steam , and I know a hood would do it, but I'd like to hear the pro/cons from someone with a little experience
with this arrangement.
