Hey all,
Year is going too fast!!!
I had a question, I want to clean my front syrup pan before my next boil. I want to plug the crossover pipe from the flue pan and drain the syrup pan and filter the liquid before starting to boil. Can I do this cold or does it have to be hot so i don't filter out all the sugars? Obviously I can't do it hot or I'll burn my pan.
