whats next?

I currently have a leader half pint and we have 40 taps this year. I can expand to at least 100 taps maybe more that would be the next expansion. what size evaporator would be good for that number of taps. Things are slow right now and look to be to the end here in mid michigan by next week

How has the leader worked out for your 40 taps? That's probably the max for me and I'm looking at getting an evaporator instead of the backyard setup.

A 2x4 or 2x6 flue type. The 2x6 would be a better unit for resale a few years down the road if you were to decide to quit.

If you are planning to expand more than the 100 taps planned for next year go with a 2x6 evaporator. A 2x6 can easily handle 250 taps so you won't outgrow it too fast.
