I spent today day in the sugarhouse waiting on the Monday Night Football edition of the Daytona 500 to run, reflecting on the fact that there are some things which we all share. Hobby producer or pro, 12 taps, 1200 or 12,000, there are some thing we all have in common. For instance, here are a few thing that you will likely NEVER hear while sitting around the evaporator:

"The fire is too hot"

"The sap is too sweet"

"What will we do with all this extra beer?"
