It's hard to tell what's going to happen with this strange warm winter, but I wouldn't be so pessimistic. There still looks like a lot of good temps in there for decent sap flow in your area. In fact, this week we just went through a short spell with highs in the low 50's and nights just a little above freezing and the sap flowed heavily for 3 days solid without stopping. The weather people could always be wrong, too. So as they used to say, keep the faith, baby:)

I personally pay no attention whatsoever to the weather people, just go with Mother Nature as to what happens,if your sap quits running or gets too cloudy or buddy you are done.Case in point, forecast for tonight(Sunday)and tomorrow, was 23 degrees for tonight, rain and 46 degrees for tomorrow, long boiling days????????????Updated since last night now temperature for tonight of only 14 degrees, and high tomorrow of only 34 degrees, probably change their mind by another 10 degrees today as winter has set in here in Ontario now.

Geesh, your season is maybe over and mine has not really even started. My days and nights are still at freezing temps., sap drips are frozen at the spouts, I dying to have the big run days and others are done.
Crazy how location affects us all.
If anyone has a mobile boiler come to Northern Ont. Canada in a couple weeks and have another season here, lol.
The grass is always greener on the other side !!
Take care.
