I stopped at Dave's on Friday. He was still at work:o Sap was being collected by hired help. He did have a tank full of sap to boil!

Dave, I see you got the bucket woods across from the camp development. Nice score.

I've tried calling him twice in the evenings when I figured he would be boiling. I hope he is making so much syrup he can't even answer the phone!!!

Just talked to him tonight. He would be swimming in sap except for this vacuum pump is not working well. I think he said he hit the 300 gallon mark on syrup.
