We are just getting started with the 1st bottling. Will let you know later how it went. The set up is what takes the time. Be glad when this can all be done at the saphouse next year! Wrecks my kitchen!

Off to a good start. Looks like medium amber. Taste, well, unbelievable! 21 quarts bottled up and the buyers are waiting. Now a few hundred more to go.... has been snowing, windy, rain, sleet,ugh....
