Demand

Are those of you selling sap/syrup selling out each year? Do you see demand increasing/decreasing? Trends?

Maybe I should have posted this in the "Business Side of Things" forum. I will move post if folks want me to.

I have sold out every year around Sept/Oct but this yr we pursude the Christmas market. 60% of last yrs sales were in Nov/Dec. Made 200 gals ourselves and purchase 40 more. Looks like I need 400 gals for this yr

This was the first year that I had enough left to sell to the christmas market and it was all gone by January.
