Hey all
Can someone give me the best practice, for boiling... I know to remove foam, but should you stir the boil? Abd what should you do about the ring of dark sticky studd that forms around the edge of the pan?
Any insight would be great thanks

The boil itself keeps things well mixed.

I also think it is because with a continuous flow pan you will dilute the "almost syrup" near drawoff if it is mixed.

If you stir, you'll risk a boil over a lot quicker than you could possibly imagine, especially as you get towards syrup. Don't ask how I know this:o

Had the dividers welded into it. Anxious to see if/when I get a draw.
