It's on it's way, but sap is flowing so I'm kinda winging it. My thermometer is not accurate enough for me to trust. So if I get my "syrup" close, how long can I store it in the refridgerator until I finish it? Just the 2nd year at this and the first year hardly counts. I'm talking just a few quarts of almost finished syrup.
