Sap is frozen in the lines. Ron has been running the pump, walking the lines. We're all set, the trees aren't. Elevation is 1,200 and our woods are cold. I've got jars and jugs ready and our new logos and labels, etc. Just waiting.... Snowed all day, but around 34 degrees. just waiting....... Montgomery County.

Montgomery County, we've gotten 461 gallons so far. dribbling in boiled and it's great. Love what a wood fired evaporator adds to the taste! Averaging 2 %.

Good to see you ran the lines to the sugarhouse. I wish I could, my 2 bushes are 7 and 9 miles away.
I collected 690 gal yesterday and it is all now in the finisher. I'll bottle my first of the season today. It looks like it will be Light Amber but I haven't filtered and graded yet.

Do you think the activity on mapletrader is OFF because of the wierd weater ?
