Ended up finding an extra Steam Pan today while I was working! I have different routes at work and happened to see a full size vollrath pan sitting behind a hotdog joint on the side of the road. Has a small bend along the edge, but everything else is in great shape. Just need to clean it up and I'll be boiling on it before too long. It wasn't free. Gotta go back and pay the guy next week on pay day. Goes to show you where you can find items for Maple Syrup!
