The name is Rick and I got bitten by the Sugarin' Bug about 12 years ago while volunteering at Audubon's sanctuary in Topsfield, MA. We run a very popular tour program every year and I work/explain the sugarhouse to the tour groups. And as all of you fellow 'sugarin' nerds' can understand, I never get bored of it. The first match tossed into the evaporator marks the beginning of Spring for me - regardless of the date on the calendar.
