About how many gph can you boil with a 2X4 we have a 200 gal holding tank not any where near full yet.

I have a 2x4 flat pan and get some were from 8 to 12. If the conditions were just right I have got 15 and one night I boiled 50 gal in 2.5 hours.

IF I keep the fire box full every 10-15 minutes and keep a small fan on it, I can get 12 gph on my 2 x 4 flat pan. More often I get around 10. Seems like there is always something else to do besides just watching the fire.
