Hey I know you haven't had any luck with the ones on eBay here's a brand new one http://hambydairysupply.com/xcart/product.php?productid=383&cat=120&page=1 then you wouldnt have to hassle with trying to get parts if the one you got doesn't work good.

I pretty much copied one of the 200 dollar ones from leader it got the pipe for free but is you had to buy it the kind I got was 30 bucks a foot then I knew a guy who work with plastics who helped me make the ends and tapped it out for me.

i was thinking about making mine with 2 inch pvc and having 3 t's coming off it for my 3-3/4" mainlines. with the ball valves. have that mounted to the cae tank im using and then run a single line to my releaser. think it will work?

okay, so i was looking at 4" pvc for my manifold and the fitting i would need would be way to expensive. so im gonna go with 2" pvc. ill let you know how it goes and try and post some pics.

The way I have mine setup is I have vac going to the releaser and manifold so while it dumps I till have the vac on but the way you are setting it up it is not going to have vac at all times but other than that I think it should work good.
