nextdoor to you in Kingsbury, we have about 200 taps in. Historically we don't make much before march 7th but tapped 2 weeks early due to odd weather.These start producing we'll bang in some more taps untill we run out of storage capacity.

Bottled 5 gallons last night. SAP ran good last night and today. Looks like a late night tonight :)

Looks like today may be the last boil! SAP got real cloudy yesterday.

All done for the year. Sap turned nasty. We only ended up with around 12 gallons mostly dark and B. Good part is I have a ton of wood left over!
