J B Weld on english tin pans

has anyone ever had any luck repairing or adding fittings to an english tin pan with JB Weld, thought it might be easier than soldering? :confused: .... any ideas would be great thanks

the JB WELD would be on the outside of the pan on the upright corner, I didn't plan on putting it on my pancakes:rolleyes:
