Polishing SS

Any suggestions for polishing non-shiny (flatter finish) 304 stainless? Standard SS polish and a buffing wheel? I have a few old pans I'd like to shine up and sell. Thanks guys!

John, with all the interest in used pans, I don't see how polishing them would increase their value all that much... list them on the classifieds and see what happens....

SLB, you are absolutely right. My interest in shining pans is purely for aesthetics.
