Tapping in VT

Hi everyone i was just wondering when people were tapping, and when a good time to tap is. i have 50 trees on pipeline and i dont know when to tap! help!

Watch the weather, today low was 16 high was 45. which is perfect but early
Feb you only get one day at a time and you want several. Elevation, N or S slope all affect timing

Last week of Feb or Town meeting day....depends on the 5 day forcast at that point.
