[Walling's Maple Syrup]

had 1800 tapped in our big woods by jan 31. got 7000 gallons in two days, and made 110 gallons to start the season. since then we have drilled another 2000 holes. still have around 2000 to drill.

It's Feb. 12 and we are finally almost done tapping. As of today we only have 445 more to drill. Tap count for this season is 5990, all on vacuum with Leader check valves. Hopefully this week we can make some syrup.
