1st 2012 Boil with Modified Pipe and Shack Roof

Just finished my 1st Boil for 2012. Actually I still have to finish off, But I boiled down about 25gal down to about 1.5gal

New this year was the hinged center panel on the shack. Huge Difference from past seasons. I used to use a pedestal fan to blow steam out the back. Because of the hinged roof, I had to move the stack back.
