New shack going up!

Been boiling outside now for four years and we are so excited to be building a 17 x 12 sugar shack. Construction started last Monday and all we have left is the cupola and roofing.we should be setting the evaporator this wed or Thursday if everything goes as planed. Talk about cutting it close set the evaporator and go! Thanks for all the great info you guys provide. This site is great!
450 taps on gravity this season 50 buckets and a new shack let the fun begin! Good luck everyone!

Hey post some pictures, I remember my tarp tent days, they were awesome! After boiling outside for 4 years I'm sure you'll really appreciate your sugarhouse! I've found that mine has been a never ending project, always something to tinker with.
