I'm looking to upgrade. sure enough I decide to look just as the season is starting

I run 30 taps and I want to put out more but running propane fryers is not working any more.

I found a dalliare 18"x48" for sale but the seller hasnt gotten back to me yet.

I was wondering if anybody had an oppinion on a good small sized evaporator that would work for me.

I am looking for around 10 gph and I have a price range of $1000 +/-

Anybody have an idea of something that would work good for me?

Thanks guys

1) How many more? 2) Wood or oil? 3) How big do you want to get? 4) How long do you want to boil? These are just some questions that you need to answer. Keith

Being that I will be in college next year, i dont think that i will be too much bigger maybe 50 taps max in the next few years. by the time I get that big I will be in the market for a new evap.

Wood Fired for now

I dont mind boiling for long or short times.

I like the design of the longer pans, (like a 18"x48"). I like the WF mason 2x4
