Running decent this week with a big mid week (warm afternoon), the breezy day did nothing. Have a few hundred taps on tubing and have gathered about 1000 gallons of sap thus far. Still need to table several hundred more. Some already run through the RO and will be sweatening the pans this Sunday.
Quite early but have to respond to what nature gives us.
