collected 55-60 gal on 30 taps. 2%-sugar. ended up with a little over 1gal of medium amber. had a reddish tint wich we normally do not see untill the later part of the season. not a good sign at this stage of the game. will be tapping the remainder of our trees by saturday. (80 total) good luck everyone!!
