It is likely due to this season's uncertainty and staffing availability to boil, that we will need some syrup to sell on Saturday, March 3rd at our Annual Open House in Hamden. It has been rained out 2 years now, we're hoping for sun and bright skies. If you are willing to provide us with small bottles of syrup on consignment that we will try to sell for you, we have had over 100 participants in the past, expect more this year and always run out of our small supply of 1/2 pints. You will keep all the $, we just need to have syrup to sell or the crowds get restless. Preferably in generic bottles. Email me at the park: staff@brooksvale.org if you have an interest.
