Sap Sack

Does anyone know what the size of the sap sack bags are and what thickness they are. We have boat loads of bags around my company and they are even food grade. I'm not sure we have blue ones though. I can probably pick up a case or two pretty cheap, but will need more info. Can anyone help? Looking to use them with homemade PVC holders.

dont think it really matters much. fill one with water and see how it holds when full. I wanna say they will hold a few gallons

I have the "Blue bags" and they are 12 1/4" by 24", I'm not sure of the mil though, it's fairly thick.

i believe the blue sap sac's hold 4 gallons and those dimentions sound about right. i have mine on homemade pvc holders to.

Thanks for the replies. I am more looking to see which ones I should grab. May just pick some up a SugarBush this weekend and spec them out for more. I can get the thicker to prevent holes too.

6 mil. My wifes company used to supply to roths. Without buying 10000 I get a better deal at maple hollow.
