Do i need a candy machine to make maple candy.

nope. i make it on the stove in the kitchen(my mom isnt very happy with it!) its just hard to pour onto the molds out of a pot. it is very "meticoulis" i either get it to set up in the pan to fast or not set up in the folds fully. once you get the hang of it its pretty easy. and its a big money maker.
