I suggest you wait. The trees may be thawing out enough to run a bit, but you won't get very high sugar content. Cold weather and snow are coming, with a minor thaw this week, but not sugaring weather.

If you have several thousand taps and seasonal spouts, then perhaps you should start tapping.
