Food inspection in CT?

Isee some people posting about food inspectors checking out their operation. Is that required in CT?

No. There are no state regulations requiring this. I think that Mark (MSPAC President) had someone inspect his operation just to see what was required and it was ordinary food safety practices but I think the biggest thing was having running hot water available.
