Finally got a chance to post this... We put the buckets in the woods on 1/22. On Monday and Tuesday we put in 1500 taps. Collected 600 gallons on Wednesday and started boiling yesterday. Collected another 1600 gal. today. This is the earliest that I can remember that we have ever started. We keep watching weather and it is always changing. So here is hoping for a good season.
