Long range forcast for February (2nd week) looks like "northern" New England will drop back into "typical" winter temps...anyone have an expert opinion on how these multiple mid-winter thaws effect the sap??? Other then early tree budding effecting the quality, does freeze/thaw change quality or sugar content???
