Hi I have been messing around with another milk releaser but the float road does not have the little part that goes up into black lid it is just the rood with a hole in the center please help it looks like it could one like the one in this thread http://mapletrader.com/community/showthread.php?7319-Bender-Milk-Releaser...Help-Please/page4 any ideas anything would help thanks

No if you look the top of the float rod it won't work with the black lid I think I will just have my brother machine out an adapter but I can make it work.

500592 are you referring to the black gasket on top of the rod where the vac holes are? The pic with the thumb holding the unit? That gasket is kinda cone shaped so when the rod is pulled down it seals the vac as the chamber is filling. It basically separates the holes in the rod...up is when it empties. Down is when the jar is filling. I had two units one Bender and one Universal...the rods are all the same even though the jar is different.

500592 the dairy releasers work best at 15-18" vac at the pump. Any higher vac they tend to jump the float up and down therefore prematurely dumping. I think if the model you have has the 4 wash outlets it ought to dump quite fast therefore less cycle time. Neat. They are good for 250 taps max.

Ho many taps do think one with a built in check valve that is 3 or 4 inches in diameter

500592, I never saw one of those in action before. Sorry. But, that being said, the large the exit - the quicker it will dump!

It dumps 1 gallon at a time in a second or two.
