crossflow or reverseflow?????

i recently ordered reverseflow pans,with draw off on the same side and come to find out,im getting crossflow.is this an easy setup to run?its a 2'6'' x 10'.just nervous to put a fire under something you spend $12000 on not knowing what to do?ANY SUGESTIONS.......

A topic of contoversy and nonetheless preference. We are kind of in the same boat, we will be boiling on a brand new machine with cross-flow front pans. Basically, through research and preference, we felt that cross-flow was best for us. It seemed to win popularity as well...if I'm not mistaken. Installing a fresh front pan at the beginning of the day seems to win my preference over reverse flow. We'll soon see. Good luck to you, I would like to think you will like cross-flow more afterall.
