For all you that have vacuum...

Since we are headed for a warm spell with no freezing nights, can I expect the sap to dwindle to nothing on vacuum just like gravity or will I get some sap the whole time?

Just want to know if I'm going to get a break for the next week or not!

From my experience, I'd turn things on just when you normally would and leave it on until you figure the energy used isnt worth the sap you're getting. I've had vacuum running for 3 days straight many times.

Thanks. The weather has been fooling around at the upper 30's and cloudy, so thing are slow.

Might get an evening off from boiling so I can clean up some junk!

Like Wdchuck said you have to watch and see what your getting. I too have run my vac. pumps for many days straight but some times will shut them off if is not productive.

If the temps are above 32 degrees the vacuum is running.
