We tapped 440 on 2/05 little higher elevation an a strong NW wind. Not much going on at the tree. Hope for sap to sweeten the pans on thursday.

Had 8 bbls on Saturday, 5 bbls on sunday, 11 bbls Monday and are looking like another 11 or 12 bbls tonight. Nothing like it all happening in one week. Does anyone know why it only runs during the week when we have to work!!! Ha. Gotta hay when the sun shines
