It's Official Maple Season is Here

Well I've started cooking. This evening I cooked about 100 gallons, just enough to sweeten the pans. Hopefully tomorrow we will have more of a run. Now I know all you guys up north are itching to start, well if the urge gets to strong you can head down to Green County Ky. I'll let you help out with something. ;)
