well I rolled the dice and put out 45 taps today. It's supposed to warm up starting tomorrow and be nice Monday and Tuesday. I'm hoping to sweeten my pan Monday. I only tapped the southeast slope of my property and will leave the east to North side for later, just in case this was a mistake. I tapped several new trees that have never seen a tap and am curious to see what they do.
