I was wondering which is the best tubing to use 30p or Lapierre. Does the squirels like one better than the other?

Thanks Philip

The only way to stop squirrels from chewing tubing is to get rid of their food source. I have cut all nut trees in my woods, very few problems now! Getting back to the question.....I like 30p branch lines with Lapierre 5 yr tubing for drops

We've got 70,000+ feet of Lapierre semi-rigid in our woods and have very few tree rat chews. We get more deer and bear damage than squirrel damage. If you wash with a chlorine bleach solution you will get a lot of squirrel chews because you can't get rid of all the residue and they love the salt that's left behind when the wash solution dries out.

Leader 30P and mostly Leader fittings. I routinely get some but not major damage. I did find some 2 days ago however, tubing and fitting. The odd part is that it is an all new system. Tree rats chewed thru a lateral and a hook connector, installed for 2 months and never been used. This is in my new lease and there ARE hickorys. I am not free to remove them however.
