What to use for drawoff

I just scored on a pan........18'' X 48'' for $100...SWEET. Now my question is what do i use to draw off finished product. I have a threaded elbow to put something on it just dont know what....Help.....jim

Mine has a ss ball valve with a threaded/sweat copper 45.

You should probally get a threaded nipple, threaded 90, then another nipple and a valve. You could also get another nipple and a 90 to finish it.
