We are building a sap shack and have some questions? I am getting ready to install my feed tank (to feed the evaperator) and was thinking of putting it inside. Would condensation develop?

I have an outdoor collection tank and pump sap up to a feed tank in my rafters. The ony issue you may have is the sap in the feed tank getting to warm thus starting to spoil. Mine is far enough away from the evap. My friend needed to put up plastic sheeting to keep the sap feed tank cool.

[The Sweet Spot]

My feed tank would be 6' above my evaperator and slightly over it on the fire box end. Do you or your friend ever get condensation, or is this what he puts plastic up for?
