Let's hear what everyone got for Christmas that is maple related.
Myself, I was naughty on purpose to try and save Santa the stop but he arrived anyway.
He delivered one nice 1000 piece puzzle titled "First jar of the year" to help while the long winter nights away between now and March!

I got a stainless steel maple leaf truck hitch cover my father in law made for me. It's pretty sweet! Got a little bit of cash aswell which will be spent on saddles and some tubing to make a few more drops. Very good Christmas all around!

I talked to a former maple producer who I helped tap for years about two stainless bulk tanks that I needed as I am switching to tubing this year. I wasn't sure if he would use them again and offered to buy them. He called last night and said if I could use them then go and get them for nothing.
Merry Christmas to me!!!!

I'm just starting out so I need just about everything.
Wife got me 2 gross syrup bottles and oldest son bought me a 100 cup coffee maker to use for a filter/canner.
Santa was an all right maple guy this year.
Happy Holidays
PS. First sticking snow today here in central Indiana.

Santa brought me a DeWalt rechargeable battery work radio. I'll use it for many outdoor projects but syrup season will be the first! With no sugar shack and few guests it'll be nice to have...Maybe with a sugar shack I'd have more guests...Hmmmm.
