Old Evaporator Set-Up To New High Efficiency Evaporator Pictures

I had my teenage son help me post these pictures so they would turn out okay. Leader delivered the new rig end of November, just finished all the brickwork, etc recently to make it look like it was always there in a building that is soon to be 120 years old. It took alot of sweat and hard work, but we are finally ready for what will hopefully be a major crop of sap this spring to put the rig through it's paces.

Looks great Bruce! I know you really wanted to leave the old stone in place and you did a great job retrofitting it to take the new arch and pans. I'm sure you'll be happy with it and March can't come soon enough to get the first runoff from your new toy!
