Hi everybody, i would like to know if Rutland county is a good place to make maple syrup...how many pounds per tap could i expect...thats all maple sugar trees on vacuum (-20)...thanks

middletown- ira line you looking at that 800 acre lot thats been logged twice? some say 30,000 taps left there but have to build road to get in there. mile from nearest power. middletown is usually done a week before i am.but i set at 1800 ft.do not know elevation there.

we made 6 pounds last year. That is our norm
