Owners of Revolution Style Pans-What Do You Draw Off Into?

Just finished setting up the new evaporator,bricking,etc,and I see that the syrup will be coming out quite low once it goes through the "yoke" then the automatic draw-off,so low that you would have to be on your knees to can,or just catch it in a pail then pour it through the filter before it gets cold.My biggest concern would be the syrup cooling off,or the pail overflowing if you waited until it was near full then get a big draw-off.

I have the 30x10 with rev pans and auto draw. I picked up a small draw off container from Goodriches and piped it right to the filter press. Leader makes lower profile draw off containers still I think. Either way they seem pricey but are necessary if you are working solo.
