Laiperre Super Saddles

Wondering how to tell the difference between the 3/8" saddles and the 31/64" saddles. I am either going to buy or make my own mainline drill and just need to figure out what size drill bit to buy.
Do I measure the diameter of the gasket seal or is there something else to look for? There are no part numbers on any of the pieces.

I didnt know they came in both sizes. I assumed mine were 3/8 so thats what I drilled them for.
